Now, we're hiring a Vice President of Operations to architect, scale, and lead the operational systems that power our rapid growth. You'll oversee the teams, technology, and processes that turn ClaimAngel into a high-efficiency, high-trust operating engine, using data to drive every decision.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize all operational workflows, from case intake through underwriting, funding, repayment, and compliance, using data to identify bottlenecks and measure improvements.
- Build and lead a 20+ person team across operations, compliance, and partner success, with clear performance metrics and accountability structures.
- Design and implement dashboards, reporting systems, and automation that give real-time visibility into operational health.
- Manage P&L performance, forecasting, and operational KPIs. You'll know our numbers cold and use them to prioritize ruthlessly.
- Partner directly with the founders on strategic planning, process design, and product improvement, bringing data-backed recommendations to every conversation.
- Foster a high-performance culture where decisions are grounded in evidence, not gut feel.
Who You Are
- 5-15+ years of operations leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated, transaction-intensive industries.
- Proven track record building and leading teams of 15+.
- Deeply analytical. You instinctively ask "what does the data say?" before making decisions.
- Expert in process design, systems scaling, and building reporting infrastructure from scratch.
- Comfortable owning P&L and constructing KPI frameworks that actually drive behavior.
- Thrives in founder-led, fast-growth environments where you'll build the plane while flying it.
- Excellent communicator who can translate data insights into action for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar preferred.
