In this role, the Entry Level Manager will apply our core consulting methodologies to develop new business and manage client relationships for our premier partner, Box Energy, building a foundation for a career in strategic energy consulting.
As an Entry Level Manager, you will manage the end-to-end client journey for Box Energy, facilitating service selection and ensuring seamless onboarding. With expert training in deregulated energy markets and CRM documentation, the Entry Level Manager will help commercial clients secure competitive rates while building a foundation for a career in energy consulting.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level Manager
- Run structured outreach campaigns in commercial zones to promote Box Energy’s electricity and natural gas solutions using approved workflows.
- Guide service selection by evaluating business usage, operational goals, and budget priorities to position competitive energy contracts.
- Keep CRM data current by logging account updates, tracking pipeline movement, and documenting contract milestones for campaign visibility.
- Manage onboarding and provisioning steps through My Service Cloud to ensure timely activation and a smooth client experience.
- Resolve service delays and contract issues through structured escalation and collaboration with internal teams to maintain activation momentum.
- Share territory insights and client feedback to refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and support long-term retention across business accounts.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Manager
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; coursework in business, communications, or energy operations is preferred.
- Experience in client engagement, structured outreach, or service coordination—ideally within energy, telecom, or B2B environments.
- Consultative communicator with the ability to guide service selection and contribute to Box Energy’s acquisition and retention goals.
- CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support account tracking, territory metrics, and contract forecasting.
- Detail-oriented and resilient; thrives in structured, performance-driven environments with clear growth pathways and campaign benchmarks.

Pay: $3,820.00 - $4,500.00 per month
