We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Outside Marketing Representative to help grow our presence in the local market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, representing a trusted brand, and working directly with the community. You will be responsible for promoting our insurance products, developing referral partnerships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in the field by visiting businesses, organizations, and community events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and prospective clients
- Promote insurance products and services through face-to-face marketing efforts
- Educate potential customers on available coverage options and benefits
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with internal sales and service teams
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and contacts
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Prior marketing, sales, or outreach experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working independently and meeting activity goals
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
