Your Mission as the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Engage directly with potential customers to promote and sell Lumen telecom services.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to close new business and upgrade existing accounts.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their connectivity needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Shadow senior management to learn territory management, team leadership, and operational skills.
- Assist in training and mentoring new sales representatives once proficient.
- Track personal sales goals and KPIs to ensure consistent growth.
- Participate in daily strategy meetings to discuss market trends and sales tactics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lumen’s fiber and internet products.
