As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will learn the full range of AT&T products, from 5G wireless to bundled services, while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and team support. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will work closely with sales team members to drive results, support daily customer interactions, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will learn to lead by example, develop key sales skills, and assist in managing customer outreach that introduces AT&T services to customers.
Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist in presenting AT&T wireless and bundled services to customers.
- Help onboard new customers, guiding them through AT&T services and ensuring a smooth start.
- Track daily sales activity and customer interactions to support follow-ups and service activations.
- Support the team by addressing questions or issues from customers and helping improve sales processes.
- Work with managers to spot opportunities to upsell or introduce additional services to customers.
- Join team meetings and share ideas to help improve sales results and customer experiences.
- Build positive relationships with customers, making sure every interaction is helpful, friendly, and solution-focused.
Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Interest or experience in sales, customer service, or team coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and support team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic customer service experience or willingness to learn sales reporting and tracking tools.
- Availability during business hours and scheduled sales activations
