JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for implementing process improvements for the business as well as creating dashboards/metrics that will drive change for the business. On a day-to-day basis, this could involve meeting/working with the key departments to understand current state and suggest improvements. The overall goal of this role is to provide sales support to increase sales, protect margins, and increase efficiency throughout Aftermarket.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:
- Collaborate with other team members and Aftermarket groups to execute data analytic efforts.
- Acquire necessary business understanding to conduct appropriate analysis through communication with internal experts, external partners, and industrial researchers.
- Discover, acquire, explore, prepare, assess and maintain datasets from a variety of sources to support analyses and ad-hoc investigative requests.
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
- Present information using data visualization techniques and chart/dashboard tools.
- Prepare and concisely deliver analysis results in visual and written forms that communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or STEM or related field) and three (3) or more years of proven data-centric work experience; OR graduate degree in data science (or a related field with applicable work experience).
STAND OUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with data extraction, modeling and visualization
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and metrics that influence business decisions
- Advanced Excel and VBA skills preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, both independently and as part of a team.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership and peers.

Pay Range:
$73,200.00 - $117,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
