About the Role
Vibe is looking for a creative, detail-driven Marketing & Brand Designer to own all visual and design-related marketing across the company. This role is responsible for ensuring that everything we send, publish, or share — from emails and social posts to blogs and product updates — is beautifully designed, consistent, and aligned with the Vibe brand.
You’ll work closely with leadership and product to turn ideas into polished, on-brand marketing assets that represent Vibe at a high level. This is a hands-on role for someone who designs, builds, and executes.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Own all marketing emails sent through HubSpot and other tools
- Design and build campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and feature updates
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy, layout, and brand consistency
Design & Brand
- Design all marketing assets including email graphics, social media visuals, blog images, feature announcements, and internal materials
- Maintain and enforce Vibe’s brand standards across all platforms
- Ensure consistent colors, typography, and visual style
Social Media
- Design content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Support product launches, company updates, and brand storytelling
- Ensure social content aligns with Vibe’s tone and visual identity
Content & Product Updates
- Design visuals for blogs, feature releases, and product announcements
- Support go-to-market efforts with clean, compelling design
- Work with leadership to visually communicate new features and updates
Collaboration
- Work directly with leadership, product, and sales teams
- Manage multiple design requests and deadlines efficiently
Requirements
- Strong graphic and visual design skills
- Experience designing marketing emails (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design output
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS or retail technology brands
- Experience designing blog or website content
- Understanding of basic email and social performance metrics
