For more than 25 years, we’ve served as the in-house media buying agency for a national franchise system, helping franchisees grow their businesses through strategic, efficient, and results-driven media campaigns. We are seeking a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to continue developing skills in traditional and digital media buying. Along with supporting our national marketing teams’ efforts to optimize advertising campaigns for our franchisees across multiple platforms Streaming TV, Radio, Digital Audio, Billboards etc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, media planning, data analysis and driving results through strategic media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build, negotiate, and manage media campaigns in various markets across the US.
- Oversee media representatives to ensure campaigns are being executed as planned.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive media, and performance insights for new locations.
- Support the creation of reports from setup, pacing, optimization, reconciliation, and performance data.
- Participating in monthly franchisee strategy calls to review media campaigns and results
- Stay current on evolving platforms, best practices, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in media buying, media sales, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and project-management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze media metrics (ratings, impressions, reach/frequency, etc.)
- Proficient in data reporting and spreadsheet analysis - Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and pivot quickly
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- High technical aptitude and comfort with media buying platforms, Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Suite

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
