We're hiring an
Account Manager / Inside Sales professional to support client relationships and policy management within an insurance agency environment. This role focuses on servicing existing accounts, generating new business through inside sales, and delivering a high level of customer care.
What You'll Do
- Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications related to policies, renewals, and coverage changes
- Generate new business through inside sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare quotes, applications, endorsements, and policy documentation
- Support renewals, remarketing efforts, and retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements
- Experience in insurance account management or inside sales
- Knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Active insurance license or ability to obtain (preferred)
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
