We’re looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Marketing Associate (English/Japanese) to join a fast-growing manufacturing SaaS company in the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of field marketing, events, and lead generation, and who wants to make a real impact in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
You’ll play a critical role in building brand presence, generating high-quality pipeline, and connecting manufacturing leaders with innovative technology that helps them operate smarter and faster.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-touch field marketing and offline events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and exclusive customer engagements
- Own event marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI for the sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals
- Develop compelling event messaging, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to target audiences
- Manage end-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, and post-event follow-ups
- Track, analyze, and report event performance, turning insights into actionable improvements
- Maintain and update CRM with event-generated leads and ensure seamless handoff to sales
- Support the creation of localized marketing content in both Japanese and English
- Stay current on manufacturing and SaaS industry trends and competitive landscape
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, events, or lead generation (SaaS or manufacturing experience preferred)
- Fluent in Japanese and English (business-level proficiency required)
- Strong understanding of field marketing and pipeline generation
- Excellent project management skills with sharp attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can engage internal teams and external partners
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
- Willingness to travel for events and conferences
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
