STORYN Studio for Architecture is a nationally and internationally focused design practice grounded in research, collaboration, and storytelling. We work closely with clients and communities to create architecture that is precise, culturally responsive, and rooted in place. Our work spans housing, cultural, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the Southeast, the Caribbean, and Africa.
We are seeking a
Recent Graduate / Entry-Level Designer to join our St. Petersburg studio. This role is ideal for a motivated, curious designer at the start of their career who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow in a collaborative studio environment.
The position will primarily support our cultural and multi-family/mixed-income housing projects, with exposure to hospitality, master planning, and mixed-use work.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and documentation of architectural projects across multiple phases
- Assist with drawing production, modeling, and design development
- Contribute to research and design exploration
- Collaborate closely with project teams, including senior designers and architects
- Assist with the coordination of consultants and project documentation
- Respond to feedback and incorporate direction with care and attention to detail
- Participate in studio culture through collaboration, learning, and initiative
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience or recent graduation
- Strong design curiosity and foundational technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Experince Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus
- Interest in housing, museums, and community-focused work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
