What You’ll Do
As a Production Team Member, you will support the creation of personalized memorial products by combining thoughtful graphic design with precise production execution under the supervision of your team leader. Your work directly impacts families during time-sensitive moments, so accuracy and responsiveness are essential.
This role is best suited for someone with a strong design foundation who is comfortable working with deadlines and understands how to balance careful design work with steady production pace. You will:
- Prepare and review proofs with attention to layout, typography, spacing, and accuracy
- Engrave and UV print personalized urns based on approved designs
- Finish urns with care and consistency
- Operate production equipment including laser engravers, rotary engravers, UV printers, and CNC machinery
- Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and well stocked
- Communicate clearly and promptly with the Production Manager and other team members
- Assist with product testing and process updates when needed
- Cover other machines or tasks when another team member is absent

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- High attention to detail while maintaining production pace
- Comfort working with production equipment and learning machine-based processes
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and respond to shifting priorities
- Experience in a hands-on production or creative environment preferred
How You Know You’re Right for This Role
Your day moves between design files, production machines, and finished pieces. You review and adjust proofs, run engravings, finish urns, and keep work flowing without cutting corners. You stay organized, communicate clearly, and know how to keep things moving when volume or timelines tighten. You’re comfortable in a no-ego shop where the CEO wears flip-flops, the team has been building this vision for years, and everyone takes pride in reshaping how memorial products are made and sold online. You take pride in producing accurate, thoughtful work that leaves the shop on time, every time.
