Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service.
- Manage outbound calls to follow up with clients and promote additional services or solutions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into CRM systems or other databases.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to client interactions.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations.
- Sales experience and outbound calling skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail for data entry accuracy and analysis skills for understanding customer trends.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
