We are looking for a full-time
Marketing Assistant to assist the marketing team by engaging in all marketing efforts which support Precision Honda.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, facilitation and completion of all community, dealership and racing event details, marketing materials, logistics and associated activities including budget management, researching various vendors and building partnerships with customers and businesses for the purpose of fostering co-promotional opportunities.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of accurate and updated sales support materials, as well as coordinate items as needed i.e. uniforms, print materials and stickers, etc.
- Design visually appealing, on-brand content for marketing materials including website graphics, social images, billboard images, and in-store promotional pieces.
- Assist with coordinating monthly online sales and service messages and emails, while ensuring accuracy in messaging, and communication to the sales and service team.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure websites are maintained with current and accurate information for all marketing and advertising efforts.
- Assist website photography staff to ensure inventory is effectively represented online.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate strategic social media content, ensure accuracy in messaging, maintain a content calendar and coordinate activity on all social media accounts.
- Review and analyze reports for websites, social media platforms, email and other marketing campaigns to maximum engagement and efficiency.
- Assist in creating, delivering and monitoring internal content to dealership staff via Connecteam.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in order to effectively collaborate and develop positive relationships with team members, vendor partners, as well as customers.
- Ability to organize details and execute multiple projects in a timeline manner is a must.
- Attend and participate in weekly marketing meetings, as well as any scheduled store meetings required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23 to $28 per hour (Based on experience)
