Business Development Specialist – Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new direct clients on a consistent monthly basis.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and new client acquisition goals.
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and networking to build a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
- Schedule and lead introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of service, satisfaction, and account growth.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing relationships to maximize retention and expansion.
- Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery for new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and agreements to prospective clients.
- Represent the company professionally in all client and prospect interactions.
- Continuously refine sales approach, messaging, and strategy to improve close rates and revenue performance.
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission
