Alpha Coffee Is a Different Kind Of Coffee Company:
- we are locally owned and support our local communities
- we are veteran owned and send donated coffee to deployed troops

- we offer great pay, benefits, and significant upside opportunity

Here at Alpha Coffee every employee becomes part of a family. Our team believes in our culture and willingly embodies our mission statement (Drink Good, Do Good, Be Great.). We are proud to have a team of people who each bring something special to the table.
We look to hire people with the warrior ethos - strong individuals who are willing to win as a team, lead by example, and go through life with a sense of honesty and integrity. We are committed to the training and development of our people and expect the same level of commitment from our employees.
This is a place where having fun and giving back to a select group of charities and the local community are part of what makes us more than just a great cup of coffee.
If you enjoy connecting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and value the importance of quality coffee, we want to hear from you.
This is NOT a seasonal or short term position, we are looking for those willing to commit to a minimum of 9+ months with Alpha, and a minimum of 20 hours per week/no less than 3 shifts per week.
We are growing and the opportunities for rapid advancement are significant if you have a strong work ethic, are a team player and demonstrate leadership skills.
We have an ever growing list of employee benefits as well. Team members who have been with us over one year are eligible for a matching 401K. We offer an employee discount and opportunities to participate in employee "adventure events".
Our ideal candidate is someone interested in a long term position, and looking to get in on the ground floor and grow with our company.
