Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite Account Executive role located in Pennsylvania, United States. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales objectives. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, strategic account management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including strategic account management and relationship building
- Experience in client communications, presentation delivery, and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Knowledge in interior design, design trends, and innovative solutions is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or account management in the design industry is a bonus
- Motivated and results-driven with a collaborative mindset
