Rocky Mountain Whitewater Rafting, one of Colorado's premier river rafting outfitters, is currently seeking an Office Staff & Reservationist for whitewater river raft trips on Clear Creek, in Idaho Springs.
With a centrally located outposts in Idaho Springs, only 30 minutes from downtown Denver, we offer trips daily on Clear Creek out of our Idaho Springs outpost. All perspective employees must be available for entire summer season, possess good communication skills, be professional and mature, hard-working, reliable, punctual, respectful and place safety above all things.
The Position:
You will own RMWR’s day-to-day social media execution and growth, with focus on organic Facebook, Instagram and Twitter presence, while supporting TikTok Shop and YouTube short content and light LinkedIn brand presence. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands consistency, posting cadence, and creator collaboration. Photos and GoPro footage is abundant but needs to be combined with a personal touch coming from RMWR.
Candidates should expect to be in a very dynamic environment that will interact with guests and staff to ensure that there is a great understanding of the entire business for Social Media as well as being the Office Manager.
Candidite should be comforthable with:
- Overseeing staff interactions with guest both in person and on the phone.
- Assist in the answering the phones, taking reservations, retail sales.
- Overseeing Office staff/Reservationist and provide positive feed back.
- Be able to accurately record reservations into our reservation software and daily balancing of POS system and cash handling.
- Ability to become familiar with daily operations to assist in scheduling and logistics of trips.
- Provide excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Capable of working with various Social Networking platforms.
- Possess good office organization skills, a clear telephone voice and communication skills.
- The all around guest to raft specialist!
