Practice Operations & Creative Marketing Specialist
Bienstock Cosmetic Surgery – Woodmere, NY
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Bienstock Cosmetic Surgery, a growing cosmetic surgery practice on Long Island, is seeking a full-time Practice Operations & Creative Marketing Specialist to assist Dr. Bienstock and the team with a wide range of responsibilities that support the daily operations and continued growth of the practice.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, adaptable, and enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of a busy medical practice. The position combines administrative support, patient-facing responsibilities, clinical workflow support, and creative marketing initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, easy to work with, and comfortable interacting with patients while helping ensure the practice runs smoothly day-to-day.
As a newer and rapidly expanding practice, this position offers tremendous opportunity for growth and increasing responsibility over time.
Position Overview
The Practice Operations & Creative Marketing Specialist will work closely with Dr. Bienstock and the team to help support daily operations, patient experience, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting Dr. Bienstock and the team with daily administrative and operational needs
- Supporting front desk and reception duties, including answering phones and assisting patients
- Helping manage patient flow and overall office coordination
- Assisting with clinical workflow and clinical support when needed
- Preparing and creating social media content including photos, stories, reels, and videos
- Filming day-to-day office activity and procedures (with proper patient consent)
- Editing some posts in-house while preparing and organizing content to be sent to an outside media company for editing
- Organizing and maintaining before-and-after photo libraries
- Assisting with website content preparation and updates
- Supporting marketing initiatives and outreach efforts, including relationship-building with local practices
- Assisting with various additional tasks as needed to help ensure smooth daily operations
The position is primarily based in Woodmere, with travel to the surgical center as needed.
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility depending on practice needs.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients in a clinical setting
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest or experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
- 1–2 years of cosmetic or plastic surgery, or medspa social media experience preferred but not required
- Ability to contribute across both operational and creative aspects of the practice
Compensation & Growth
- $25–$30 per hour depending on experience and scope of responsibilities
