In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the exciting journey of purchasing a new home. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers visiting model homes, providing comprehensive tours and detailed product information to showcase community features and benefits
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients through proactive follow-up, personalized communication, and attentive service to convert leads into sales
- Present and explain home designs, floor plans, pricing options, and financing details clearly and confidently
- Guiding buyers through the purchase process, in alignment with company policies, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet customer needs
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that attract new visitors and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress within CRM systems
- Stay informed about fair housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices to ensure compliance at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate-related roles with a passion for helping clients find their ideal home
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate value propositions
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client populations
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and property management principles to enhance outreach efforts
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations, real estate law, and administrative procedures relevant to residential sales
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in real estate administrative functions or property management is a plus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
