Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and the ability to manage a project team. This role requires close collaboration with project leads and the leadership team.

Duties:
- Coordinate and management of construction projects
- Work with team members to develop and maintain key metrics
- Management of projects within budget and schedule
- Lead diverse team members (Engineers, support staff, subject matter experts, etc)
- Anticipate issues and provide pathway to resolution
- Coordinate with project stakeholder for timely deliverables
- Lead in planning, design and construction phases
- Develop budget, schedule and project goals
- Prepare summarized reports for executive management.
Requirements:
- 10 or more years, airport experience preferred
- Experienced in project value greater than $50m-100m
- Experience in managing staff
- Highly organized
- Experience in various contract procurement methods, hard bid, Design-Build, CMAR
- Self motivated person for timely deliverables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors in construction or related field.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
