Position Overview: We are seeking a Video & Design Coordinator to support our marketing team. This full-time, in-office role plays a critical part in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly while assisting with design and video production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative precision, creative production, and hands-on video work — without needing to be a senior-level designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process automated postcard orders and ensure timely production.
- Set up print files and prepare marketing materials for distribution.
- Proof marketing materials for accuracy and quality.
- Help create and execute design projects for various digital and print marketing efforts.
- Assist with various marketing and social media initiatives, as needed.
- Capture and edit video content for multiple platforms, using DSLR or mobile devices.
- Produce polished video assets including sound editing, lower thirds, music selection, and static or motion graphics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant coursework in marketing, video, graphic design or related field.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premier Pro or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good attitude and communication skills.
- Experience creating content for social or digital platforms
- Interest in growing video and creative production skills
Not necessary, but a big plus:
- Familiarity with print production processes
- Photography Skills
