We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands on Marketing & Social Media Manager to support and elevate our brands across digital and physical channels.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. While much of the work can be performed remotely, the role requires regular on-site visits to our restaurant locations for content creation, meetings, and brand support.
This position plays a key role in managing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple restaurant concepts, spanning social media, content creation, design, email marketing, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and publish engaging content that aligns with each brand’s voice and positioning
- Capture photo and video content on-site for social media, menu items, and marketing materials
- Monitor social trends, engage with followers, and evaluate performance metrics
- Maintain and update online listings, including Google Business Profiles and Yelp pages
- Coordinate with external PR partners on media requests, press features, and brand assets
- Design marketing materials including menus, social graphics, email creatives, signage, and promotional collateral
- Plan and execute monthly email campaigns and newsletters
- Assist with responding to select customer and media inquiries across platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all concepts and touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong photography and/or videography skills (food and hospitality experience is a plus)
- Must be able to travel to any of our restaurant locations across the metro Atlanta area as required
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
- Passion for restaurants, food, and hospitality
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
