Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This is a hands-on role that blends traditional marketing support with modern social media execution.
The ideal candidate isn't just a coordinator; they are a digital storyteller who understands how to navigate social platforms to amplify our brand. You will be responsible for conducting market research and—most importantly—managing our social media presence to ensure our cultural narratives reach a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Execution: Lead the daily management of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). This includes filming, editing, and posting high-quality content that reflects our brand's & founder's identity.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitor strategies to keep CasaTaara relevant.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and rollout of marketing and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and client inquiries.
- Community Engagement: Maintain strong communication with our followers and stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is professional and brand-aligned.
- Content Coordination: Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure all digital assets are consistent with our brand voice.
Qualifications
- Social Media Native: Deep knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for growth and engagement.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Premiere for video editing and graphic design.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal proficiency; you must be able to write captivating captions and professional emails.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with Market Research and an ability to translate data into creative ideas.
- Customer Service: Strong relationship management skills for interacting with clients and our online community.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
