We are looking for a
Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-aligned artwork for Terraboost Media clients across a wide range of marketing campaigns. This role combines creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to deliver accurate, client-focused designs within established timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across departments, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and ensures all artwork meets company and client specifications.
Essential Functions
- Work with other departments to provide efficient service and meaningful experiences.
- Design new artwork and update current clients’ artwork following submission requests.
- Complete layout formatting for all campaigns
- Assist design coordination if needed and produce in-house designs as needed.
- Provide quality control, such as spell checking your own work.
- Follow best practices of the design and creative team.
- Work efficiently with other team members to deliver projects against deadlines.
- Organize workflow to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Ensure work is compliant with client and company specifications.
- Provide support and guidance to outsourced Designers by addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise.
- Communicate with coordinators to ensure projects are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Strong ability to translate client requirements into design.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis in inDesign & Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Team player with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects effectively and work independently.
Minimum Required Education And Work Experience
- A minimum of one (1) year of graphic design work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design or related field or comparable experience.
