In this, client-focused Interior Design Project Manager role, you will be responsible for managing client projects to ensure each installation is executed smoothly and on time while working closely with the design team and execute each step of the implementation process using your ability to multitask with attention to detail and have excellent communication skills that will be essential for this position.
You’ll manage client communication, coordinate with the internal design team and vendors, and handle day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage 25–35 projects at various stages (concept through installation)
- Set and track timelines, budgets, and project scope
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Keep all parties on track with deadlines and deliverables
- Handle purchasing, logistics, and installation scheduling
- Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate project records (orders, invoices, timelines)
- Run weekly internal project and installation meetings
- Prepare client invoices and track project financials
- Monitor project performance and suggest process improvements
- Travel 4–5 times per year as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in interior design, architecture, or similar
- Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client management and communication skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all types of people.
- Thrives on bringing clarity to complexity.
- Knowledge of construction, renovations, and FF&E processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and keep projects moving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
- Experience with project budgets, reporting, and invoicing
- Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects
- AutoCAD is a plus
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
