We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative who can open doors, start meaningful conversations, and help connect us with organizations facing these challenges.
What You’ll Do
• Research and identify decision makers, including CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Engineering, and IT Directors
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels to initiate conversations with prospective clients
• Clearly communicate our services and the value we bring to organizations modernizing their technology platforms
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the founder
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate prospect records
• Work directly with company leadership to help shape and improve our sales process
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound B2B sales
• Proven ability to identify and engage decision makers
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern lead generation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Experience selling technology services, IT consulting, software development services, cloud solutions, or Microsoft technologies is a strong plus
Compensatione
• $80,000 annual base salary
• 10% commission on revenue generated from opportunities sourced by you and successfully closed by the company
• Fully remote position
