About Us
Prima Pack USA is a fast-growing supplier of ground protection mats (PrimaMats) to the landscaping, construction, and heavy equipment industries. We are expanding our U.S. sales presence and are seeking a motivated, professional, and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Florida.
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry professionals throughout the nation. While this is a remote position, candidates must reside in Florida and be readily available to visit customers in their territory. This role also includes representing Prima Pack USA at industry trade shows, networking events, and national work functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with distributors, contractors, and landscapers within Florida and surrounding regions.
- Regularly visit stores, client sites, and regional partners to ensure product success and brand presence.
- Manage and expand sales pipeline, hitting and exceeding growth targets.
- Attend and represent Prima Pack USA at industry trade shows and events across the U.S.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommend solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with management to develop territory strategies.
- Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel frequently throughout the U.S.
- Fluent English required; Spanish language skills are a strong asset.
- Sales experience (preferably in B2B, distribution, or construction/landscaping industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% for trade shows, client visits, and company events.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
