Role Description
We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Executive to run fast, high-volume sales — from prospecting to close — and build pipeline momentum from day one. Our product is essentially sales conversion so ideal candidates should be appropriately skilled in it.
Responsibilities
- Source and close new subscriptions to interested prospects from auto repair centers (SMB)
- Book and run 4–6 demos per day, average 30-min sales cycle
- Build and manage pipeline in CRM, track metrics, and forecast accurately
- Hit monthly quota of 12 new deals (average sales cycle <10 days)
- Collaborate closely with the founders for messaging feedback and sales playbook iteration
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally SMB
- Record of beating monthly quotas in high-velocity environments
- Comfortable with consultative discovery in both live event and call environments
- Metrics-driven mindset (CRM discipline, conversion tracking)
- Entrepreneurial: thrives in lean, fast-moving environments
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of current trends in AI development
- Familiarity with SMB service industries particularly Automotive
- Experience selling to owner-operators
