Customer Service Professional (Part-Time, Remote)

AccountEdge is seeking a part-time, fully remote Customer Service professional to support our customers primarily via Intercom chat and email, with occasional outbound phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely, accurate manner.
- Resolve issues across website, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Communicate clearly, show empathy, and provide effective solutions.
- Follow processes, escalate when needed, and deescalate negative experiences.
- Provide feedback to improve service processes.
Schedule
- 20–25 hours per week
- Business hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible days, no weekends)
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or online support).
- Experience with Intercom a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently while meeting daily goals.
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
