We are looking for a creative and tech savvy Marketing/Web-Creative Design Coordinator to design and maintain client websites, training and marketing materials to help clients connect with their members. If you enjoy blending design, digital marketing and problem-solving this will be a great fit. This is a part-time contractual position with potential for growth opportunities in the company.
What You'll Do:
- Build and update client websites so they are easy to use, mobile friendly, and visually appealing
- Create graphics, social media content, annual reports, etc. to promote events, programs and membership
- Manage social media accounts and keep messaging consistent and engaging
- Work with staff to understand the goals and bring ideas to life online
- Track website, email and campaign performance and share insights for improvement
- Support branding and digital needs for events
- Ensure consistency on brand across websites, social and digital materials
What We're Looking For
- Experience with web design and content management (WordPress or similar)
- Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools)
- Know-how with SEO, Google Analytics and email platforms
- Solid communication skills - both written and oral
- Comfortable multi-tasking projects and deadlines
- Prior experience working with non-profits, associations or member-driven organizations a plus.
