We’re launching fast and seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our inside sales team. This role is the perfect entry point into healthcare sales, with a clear path to advance into a Clinical Account Specialist position.
What You'll Do What
- Make outbound calls to physicians, wound care clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Present CollagenDirect’s value proposition clearly and professionally.
- Set qualified appointments and close initial orders with clinics.
- Manage leads and accounts in our CRM.
- Follow up with clinics to ensure order forms are completed and patients receive product.
- Support Clinical Account Specialists with pipeline activity.
- Develop into a front-line relationship manager as you prove success in the SDR role.
We're Looking For
- Background: Sales, inside sales, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred (not required).
- Skills: Confident communicator with a competitive edge — you’re persuasive but professional.
- Mindset: Hungry to learn, driven to earn, and motivated by the opportunity to grow into a more senior sales role.
- Tech: Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and digital forms.
