Role Description
This is a full-time remote Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting sales calls and presentations, and training clients on our platform. Duties also include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Aptitude for Training clients and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with AI-driven platforms and social media management is a plus
