Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations and provide tailored recommendations.
- Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the client base.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure client commitments.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations including HIPAA compliance, and best practices in financial services.
This is a 100% Commission-1099 role.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
- Familiarity with insurance sales is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate strategies.
