The Opportunity:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to drive the growth of Byredo’s brand.com channel in North America. This role will ensure operational excellence across the website, deliver luxury-level customer experience, and support revenue-driving initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between e-commerce, customer service, marketing, and global teams, the coordinator will manage site operations, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic campaigns and launches.
What you'll get to do:
E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee daily operations of Byredo.com (US + Canada) to ensure seamless performance and a luxury-level customer experience
- Partner with Byredo Global HQ in Paris to align on site content, pricing, and promotional strategies, ensuring consistency across markets
- Troubleshoot cross-border operational challenges and collaborate with global teams on localization, compliance, and technical issue resolution
- Manage merchandising and promotional strategies to drive conversion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate site updates, seasonal campaigns, exclusive launches, and ensure accurate product data (descriptions, imagery, pricing)
- Monitor inventory levels and align availability with marketing and promotional plans; act as inventory go-to for tracking incoming stock
- Optimize site navigation, categorization, and search functionality; collaborate on UX enhancements and new feature rollouts
- Maintain site assets, perform inventory audits, and test new site features and functionality
- Collaborate with Paid Media and marketing teams on e-retail assets, affiliate programs, and digital partnerships
- Support omnichannel sampling programs and influencer activations
- Pull sales data and Google Analytics reports; build and maintain Excel documents for reporting
- Prepare KPI dashboards, monthly reports, and PCA analyses for campaigns and launches
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve ROI and customer engagement
Customer Success:
- Conduct daily check-ins with the Customer Service team and handle escalations related to Byredo and DSV coordination
- Manage customer-facing tasks such as refunds, replacements, out-of-stock (OOS) products, and blocked orders
- Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers and push orders through systems
- Maintain Byredo’s high-touch service standards in every interaction while troubleshooting operational issues
We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing; customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento preferred), ERP systems (SAP), and data tools (Excel, PowerBI)
- Understanding of online eco-system and digital marketing pillars
- Analytical mindset and highly organized
- Flexibility to work hybrid (3 days in-office)
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected salary for this position is within range of $70,000-$75,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
