We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical-minded individual who is passionate about Ralph Lauren and eager to learn.
To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren Internship position, applicants must:
- Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement
- Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations.

Support Global Fashion team with the creative sample life cycle, build seasonal planning tools, and maintain TEAMs database for streamlined communication to the Global field teams. Provide administrative support to the Brand Image team including building and updating home office seasonal boards for use in planning upcoming new store openings, marketing activations, seasonal window and interior concepts. Active participant in the execution of interior merchandising strategies during key installations in stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with building boards to show assortments and plan seasonal installs for windows & interiors, store initiatives, and buys for key projects such as store openings and global marketing activations.
- Process new sample shipments: create garment bags, order sample supplies, pull and pack global sample sends, and maintain sample closet.
- Check-out / check-in sample loans and share updates to Fashion Assistant to maintain accurate sample tracker. Communicates account transfers with Library Teams for accuracy of library accounts.
- Attend showroom walk-throughs and create seasonal paper dolls to be uploaded to the Global Brand Image TEAMs page
- Schedule and coordinate regular visits to the RL Library, arranging sample loans to support Brand Image installations
- Organize buy tool data into Excel charts summarizing global rig ownership, and create tailored Microsoft documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for special projects and planning
- Participate in local installations and merchandising activities
Salary range: $15.75 - $28.1 hourly,
