At Merchant Row, we specialise in hands-on, face-to-face B2B campaigns that help brands connect with their audience in the most authentic way possible. We partner directly with T-Mobile, bringing their business solutions to life for companies across the Philadelphia region.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be part of the team responsible for creating brand awareness, building strong business relationships, and driving sales through strategic, in-person outreach.

This isn’t a digital marketing role — this is in person marketing, brand promotion, and consultative B2B selling combined.

What You’ll Do

Your role is all about bringing the T-Mobile brand to businesses in a meaningful, engaging way. Each day, you will visit local businesses to introduce T-Mobile’s products and business solutions, run in-person marketing outreach to build awareness, deliver hands-on product demonstrations, and guide businesses toward the solutions that best support their operations. You’ll generate interest, create leads, support the sales process, track your outreach, and represent the brand with professionalism in every interaction.

Who You Are

You enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to represent a brand with confidence. You’re outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable speaking to business owners face-to-face. You’re curious, eager to learn, organised, and excited by a role where marketing and sales work hand-in-hand. Experience in customer-facing roles, promotions, marketing, or sales is a bonus — but your personality and drive matter most.
