Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for an Account Assistant. The Account Assistant will assist with day-to-day financial management tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records, managing credit control processes, handling petty cash, and supporting accounting functions. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with Credit Control and managing Petty Cash efficiently
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance principles
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and QUICKBOOKS
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in a related role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
