Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay:
$100,000 to $130,000 a year
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts of team members including design consultants, utility companies and government agencies to complete subdivision and construction documents for site improvements.
- Involvement in site development layout using computer assisted engineering and design software.
- Estimate site construction costs and establish project budgets.
- Field investigations and observation of projects under construction.
- Assist in dedication and turnover of completed site improvements to various public and private agencies.
- Related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer's license.
- 10 or more years of engineering experience in land development, experience in civil residential design is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Flexibility in managing multiple tasks as deadlines and priorities change.
