We're hiring an experienced B2B Sales Closer with 5+ years of transactional sales experience to join our remote team. You must have a proven track record selling services—not products—to business owners. This is a closing-only role. All appointments are pre-booked for you.
Requirements
You must have:
- 5+ years of B2B transactional sales experience
- Proven success selling digital marketing, lead generation, consulting, or professional services
- Experience closing deals with founders, owners, or CEOs (not procurement teams)
- Comfort with fast sales cycles (80% of our deals close in one call)
- Ability to handle 6-8 pre-scheduled sales calls per day
- Strong diagnostic and consultative selling skills
- Your own phone, computer, and reliable internet
This role is NOT for you if:
- Your experience is selling products, not services
- You've only sold B2C or retail
- You prefer long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months)
- You need to prospect or generate your own leads
What You'll Be Selling
You'll sell outbound lead generation and sales consulting services to small, founder-led B2B companies (typically under 15 employees).
The offer:
- $2,000/month retainers

Responsibilities
Your only job is to show up, run the call, and close.
- Take 6-8 pre-booked, qualified 30-minute sales calls per day
- Diagnose prospect fit using our proven sales framework
- Position our services and handle objections
- Close deals on the call (average cycle: 3-5 days, most close in one call)
- Follow our system—no prospecting, no cold calling, no admin work

Schedule and Time Commitment
This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week).
- Set your own call blocks during U.S. business hours
- No required office time, no fixed schedule
- 100% remote
- 1099 contract position
Compensation
- Base pay: $1,500/month
- Commission: $1,500 to $5,500/month
- Total Earnings: $3,000-$7,000/month
- Sign on bonus: $500 (when you close 6 deals in your first 60 days)
