- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and content discoverability.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring visual consistency across all digital assets while maintaining the brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and customer service to support e-commerce growth through integrated marketing efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager for creating targeted ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality visual content through photography or video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere or other video editing software is a plus.
