Sales Representative — Food & Hospitality (Miami & Fort Lauderdale)
Role Summary
Dessert Company Tortiam is expanding in South Florida and is looking for motivated, energetic Sales Representatives to grow our presence in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
In this role, you will introduce restaurants and cafés to our premium frozen Italian desserts, build partnerships, and drive new sales. Success in this position means consistently opening new accounts, developing strong relationships with hospitality partners, and generating recurring revenue through product placements.
This role is a key part of our expansion strategy and directly impacts company growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, cafés, and hospitality venues in Miami and Fort Lauderdale
- Present and introduce Tortiam’s frozen Italian dessert products
- Build relationships with decision-makers and establish partnerships
- Negotiate and close collaboration agreements
- Manage and grow your portfolio of client accounts
- Track sales activity and maintain communication with prospects and partners
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to regional growth
Compensation
Two compensation options available:
- Base salary + commission
- Commission-only (higher earning potential)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in face-to-face conversations and presentations
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Desire to earn and grow professionally
- Comfortable working in a field-based role (visiting locations daily)

- Building a strong pipeline of restaurant partners
- Closing new collaboration agreements regularly
- Generating consistent sales and repeat orders
