What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential and commercial clients
- Present personalized design solutions based on customer needs
- Provide estimates and close sales using our diverse product offerings
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, designers, realtors, and builders
- Enter and maintain accurate client/project data in CRM daily
- Follow up with customers professionally and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Who You Are
- 2+ year experience in sales or customer service (commercial or residential)
- Experience with window coverings HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage information effectively
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable climbing a short ladder as needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A polished, professional appearance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work well under pressure
