We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist who is creative, highly communicative, and comfortable using modern AI tools. This role blends digital marketing, client presentations, and light administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Create engaging content (posts, short videos, graphics, blogs) using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve content quality and campaign efficiency
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads and social ads)
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and lead generation
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online reviews
Website & Online Presence
- Update and maintain websites using WordPress and WIX
- Assist with SEO optimization and landing page creation
- Support marketing campaigns with web updates and content changes
Client-Facing & Field Support
- Visit customer sites to present company products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Assist leadership and sales teams with presentations, demos, and marketing materials
- Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and events
Creative & Campaign Support
- Design marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and press releases
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and special projects
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, calendar management, and communications
- Support leadership with organization, follow-ups, and operational tasks
- Track tasks and deadlines using basic project management tools
Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT experience strongly preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to customers and stakeholders
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with WordPress, WIX, and social media management tools
- Proficient with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs if required
