Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales & Education Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role (largely remote), preferably based in Southeast Florida or New York Tri-State Area. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this entry-level, revenue-driving position manages a defined portfolio of salon and stylist accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to develop strong selling and account management skills within a structured and supportive environment.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively connect with customers via phone, text, and email to drive reorders
- Introduce new products, and support product launches and promotions
- Promote and sell Covet & Mane Academy education programs and certifications while partnering closely with Field Sales and Education teams to support overall account growth
- Maintain organized follow-up and activity tracking in HubSpot, contributing to monthly sales goals, and supporting broader customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence communicating by phone, text, and email
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excited to grow sales skills in a performance-focused environment
- Passion for the beauty industry; hair extension knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or beauty is helpful but not required
- Exposure to professional hair extension brands or salon sales is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred
