We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape how Après shows up in the world — from Instagram and events to sales support and product launches, all through thoughtful brand storytelling.
The Role
This role owns the voice, vibe, and visual presence of Après. You’ll be hands-on across content, campaigns, photography, and events — working closely with sales, operations, and leadership to grow brand awareness and deepen our connection with customers and the community.
This is a creative role, but it also requires organization, follow-through, and an understanding of how marketing supports real business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand, Content & Photography
- Own and evolve the Après brand voice across all channels
- Plan and execute social media content (currently Instagram primarily)
- Capture photography for social, events, product launches, and everyday brand moments
- Help define and maintain the visual aesthetic of Après
- Write captions, launch copy, email content, and brand storytelling
- Maintain consistency across cans, merch, POS, and digital assets
Marketing Campaigns
- Lead product launches, seasonal releases, and limited drops
- Coordinate marketing calendars tied to sales priorities
- Track performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and results
Events, Community & Travel
- Plan and promote tastings, pop-ups, festivals, and brand events
- Capture on-site photo content at events and activations
- Travel within Maine and occasionally to neighboring New England states for events, launches, and partnerships
- Work some evenings and weekends around key events (with flexibility elsewhere)
Sales & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to support key accounts and distributors
- Maintain and design sales materials and promotional items (both physical and digital), ensure inventory is maintained, and incorporate feedback from sales into new ideas
- Collaborate with strategic partners and sponsorships to support shared initiatives, events, and marketing needs
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and freelancers as needed
- Translate creative ideas into practical, executable plans
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in brand, marketing, or content (beverage or lifestyle brands a plus)
- Strong writing skills and visual instincts
- Comfortable shooting photography for social and brand use
- Basic photo editing skills desired (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and social-first storytelling
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- A strong "voice" and someone who loves to wear many hats
- Self-starter mindset — you see what needs doing and do it

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
