Role Overview
SiVIEW is seeking a Business Development Manager to support sales, grow new and existing customer relationships, and serve as a key bridge between customers, sales, marketing, and product teams. This role blends business development, sales support, customer success, and field execution, with significant autonomy and responsibility.
What you’ll do
- Support sales across new accounts
- Support after sales relationship management with existing accounts
- Build relationships with optometry & ophthalmology customers
- Attend and support conferences and industry events
- Support marketing, conference/event installations, and post-sales customer success
- Work closely with product and tech teams located in Paris, France
- Prepare professional presentations
- Manage / own a BD funnel using HubSpot
What we’re looking for
- Business development or sales experience
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in eye care, optometry, or ophthalmology is a plus
- French proficiency required
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with physical equipment in and installing equipment
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and willing to travel
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, OneNote, etc…)
- Comfortable working with AI business tools (Notebook LM, Gamma, OpenAI, etc…)
- College Degree, MBA or Other Advanced Degree Preferred
