This role focuses on building relationships with existing customers, introducing new products, and identifying sales opportunities within an established B2B customer base. Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Contact customers regularly by phone, email, and online communication
- Promote new product launches, promotions, and special pricing
- Assist customers in selecting the products best suited for their business
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Follow up on sales leads, website inquiries, and referrals
- Develop relationships with new prospective customers
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends
- Monitor competitor activity including pricing, products, and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, sales representative, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers in a professional manner
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities
Industry experience is a plus
Experience in the following industries is beneficial but not required:
