About the Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our customer acquisition engine—primarily through paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
This role is responsible for generating leads, testing new markets, optimizing campaigns, and managing our presence across multiple social platforms. You’ll also engage directly with potential customers through comments, messages, and public-facing interactions.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where success is measured by leads, cost efficiency, and growth—not just content output.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation (Core Focus)
- Build, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Develop and optimize campaigns targeting homeowners in multiple geographic markets
- Continuously test creatives, hooks, offers, and audiences to improve performance
- Optimize for cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Create and refine simple lead funnels (ad → form/landing page → follow-up)
Market Expansion & Growth
- Test and validate new cities, regions, and territories
- Scale winning campaigns into new markets
- Adjust messaging based on local demand and performance data
Social Media Management & PR
- Manage brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Nextdoor
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Engage with homeowners and prospects to build trust and credibility
- Maintain consistent brand voice focused on value, affordability, and convenience
- Handle light PR/reputation management across platforms
Content & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate organic content that supports paid campaigns
- Develop ad creative angles that highlight:
- Cost savings (≈ 1/3 the cost of sanding)
- Speed (1-day service)
- Convenience (no major disruption)
- Ensure alignment between ad messaging and social content
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on key metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Use data to make decisions and continuously improve performance
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience generating leads using Meta Ads Manager
- Strong background in home services, local services, or similar lead-gen businesses
- Demonstrated ability to lower cost per lead and improve conversion rates
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously
- Experience running campaigns across multiple geographic markets
- Comfortable responding to customers and representing the brand publicly
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing services like flooring, roofing, painting, or home improvement
- Familiarity with local targeting strategies and homeowner demographics
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
- Copywriting skills for ads and short-form video hooks

- Successful expansion into new markets with profitable campaigns
- Strong engagement and responsiveness across social platforms

- Candidates without hands-on paid ads experience
- Marketers who are not comfortable being accountable to performance metrics
