Finance Manager (Path to CFO)
Patriot Development Group is seeking a driven Finance Manager with a clear path to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into executive leadership within a real estate development and homebuilding platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and job costing
- Cash flow management and project profitability
- Lender draws and financial tracking
- Land acquisition and deal analysis support
- Coordination with construction and sales teams
- Assist with banking, insurance, and tax functions
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Interest in real estate or development
- CPA (or pursuing) preferred
